Had to let you know what an amazing job you all did on our wedding day. We were so pleased with everything, and especially you Darren. You were so friendly and accommodating. You took away any nerves or concerns we had about anything which really means a lot on your wedding day. We can't thank you enough for all your help, and truly feel that we made a new friend on our special day. Now that life is getting back to normal, Audrey and I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for making our wedding a very special affair. You and the staff at the Crystal Rose did a first rate job in making every part of our day "Perfect". Everything from the decorations to the food and service were top notch. The best part of the day was not having to worry about anything. Your managerial abilities in running the Crystal Rose are only overshadowed by your talents as a wedding coordinator. Your thoroughness and ability to stay calm in "all" situations put both Audrey and I at ease during our final preparations.

Additionally, we received numerous compliments from our guests on both the facility and the reception. This only serves as a testament to the job that you had done for us.

Dear Robin's Nest:
We want to take the time to put in writing what a wonderful job all of you did to make the Olhausen-Gorton wedding a wonderful success!! All the employees were congenial and efficient - they pulled together to make the event come off like clockwork.

We have had rave reviews from everyone at how good the food was and the fun time they had - thanks to everyone. The DJ did a great job of keeping the good times rolling and getting everyone to participate.

Jay - you really have it together and know how to make it easy on the parents - as you do all of the work!!

The set up was beautiful and the scenery couldn't be more beautiful - we found everything to be perfect!!!

"professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable"

To Whom It May Concern:

This is just to thank the entire Robin's Nest staff for helping to make my daughter's wedding on Sunday, October 16, so special.

The day before we had to deal with gross incompetence at both a formal wear business and a flower shop from those who could not or did not care to follow simple written instructions. The Robin's Nest staff was just the opposite. What a pleasure it was to deal with people who really seem to care about doing a good job.

Everyone we spoke to; the young people setting up the tables and chairs, the wait staff, the bartender and DJ, were courteous, smiling, and always asking if there was anything they could do for us. The food was plentiful and very good (my mother raved over the scalloped potatoes). My daughter was very pleased with the flowers and table settings. Many, many guests made very favorable comments to me about the entire function, the food, the surroundings, etc. I could not have been more pleased with the entire evening. So, to those of you who made this a very positive experience for all of us, thank you! I'd like to add that this also included our initial visits when we first viewed the events center and signed the contract; the gentleman we dealt with was extremely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and unlike many of the facilities we visited, the Crystal Rose/Robin's Nest was very flexible. Thank you from our whole family for a wonderful day!

Give yourselves a big round of applause for the excellent job you did for the wedding reception for Pamela and Anthony. Holly and Jay, thanks for all of your patience with the 1001 phone calls you took care of. Chap, Debbie and Barney you guys are great, you really went out of your way to see that all of the guests were having a good time. A special thanks to Chap from Anthony Lee the young man who lost his daily planner (by the way he found it with everything still inside.) "thank everyone for making our wedding the perfect day..."

Dear Jay,
I'm sorry I didn't send this sooner, but I was still recovering from the wedding stuff. I really wanted to tell you what a wonderful staff you have and to thank everyone for making our wedding the perfect day for us.

Holly was really great. It didn't matter if I called her 3 or 4 times in the same day, she was pleasant and helpful each time. She really made me feel that everything was organized and well taken care of.

Chap was super at the wedding. He stayed right up until the end with us even though he must have been dead tired. A real professional.

Debbie and Barnie couldn't have been more efficient behind the bar. I never saw a line of people waiting for drinks and Barnie had to make something like 35 shots for last call.

We had several comments on how great the food and service was. I think the girls name was Rene who was so considerate and right on top of things as far as serving the cake and boxing things up for us.

Please let everyone know that they're hard work and professionalism didn't go unnoticed. I will definitely recommend the Crystal Rose to my friends.
