Dear Jay:
Thank you again for the delicious food the Crystal Rose provided for
my 39th District Nominating Assembly. Everyone enjoyed it very much.
Your crew is always professional and provide exceptional service throughout
the evening.
I understand you did not get the message that we had to increase the
numbers the morning of the event due to so many people calling in on
the last day, until very late in the afternoon. You certainly did a last
minute change in great order. There was plenty of food, and the variety
was terrific.

"two thumbs up to the Chef!"
Dear Jay:
On behalf of the Colorado Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau,
we can't thank you enough for all of the help, suggestions, and cooperation
we received from you and all of your staff that we dealt with. From the
largest to the smallest of requests, everything was met with friendly
assistance.
In regard to our customized Southern-Cajun buffet, two thumbs up to
the Chef! I kicked myself all the way home for not asking for a doggy
bag filled with the Blackened Shrimp and Creole Rice! - - We heard nothing
but positive comments on how good and unique the food was.
We feel that our sales reception and trade show was extremely successful
and we would not hesitate to recommend the Crystal Rose "Plantation" to
any association or group looking you over as a possible site selection.
